(Appears on the Mother Grove CD “TRI”)
Felt the rain in California
Counted snowflakes on the mountaintop
Now I know where I belong in this strange game
Felt the sun in the desert
Saw the magic by the Oceanside
That’s where my love lives, I’m gonna take her home
CHORUS
Now I’m gonna set my soul on fire (on fire)
Gonna drown it in the lake of evermore (lake of evermore)
Gonna close my eyes, let the magic take me higher (take me higher….)
‘Cause I don’t’ believe I’ve felt this way before
Coming down from the mountain
Feel the earth move beneath my feet
I’ll just spread my arms and wait till I can fly
Feeling one with the creatures
Feeling love for the other side
I’ll just smile and wave and then be on my way
CHORUS
